Pull Agreement

This Pull Agreement applies to every garment borrowed through the CHELSEA GRAYS Pull Library. By submitting a pull request, the borrowing stylist (and the agency or client they represent) agrees to the terms below.

1. Requests and lead time

Pull requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the requested start date. Requests with less than 14 days' notice are accepted at the studio's discretion and carry a non-refundable $50 rush fee per garment. Requests are confirmed by the studio within two business days. If a request cannot be fulfilled, any fees paid are refunded in full.

2. Borrow period

The maximum borrow period is 14 days, from the start date to the return date selected at the time of request. Each garment is a single sample and may be booked by another stylist immediately after your return date.

3. Fees

• Standard pull: the garment loan is complimentary. The borrower pays outbound shipping at checkout and returns the garment by tracked, insured shipping at their own cost.
• Cleaning: optional professional cleaning is available at $25 per garment.
• Pull Membership ($25 per month): shipping and cleaning are included. Members receive a prepaid return label. The rush fee still applies to requests made with less than 14 days' notice.

4. Late returns and full retail charge

Garments must be returned by the return date. If a garment has not been received by the CHELSEA GRAYS studio within 7 days after the return date, the borrower will be charged the full retail price of the garment, and the garment becomes the borrower's property upon payment. By accepting this agreement, the borrower authorizes this charge.

5. Care and condition

Garments must be returned in the condition received, on the hanger and in the garment bag provided. Alterations, tailoring, taping that leaves residue, cutting, dyeing or any permanent change are not permitted. Damage beyond normal wear, stains that cannot be removed by professional cleaning, or missing items are charged at full retail price.

6. Credit and social media

The borrower agrees to tag @shopchelseagrays on Instagram in every posting featuring a CHELSEA GRAYS garment, including posts by talent, clients, photographers and publications where the borrower has the ability to request credit, and to credit CHELSEA GRAYS in all print and editorial credits. Please share final images with the studio when available.

7. Purchase

Any garment in the Pull Library may be purchased at retail price through the CHELSEA GRAYS online store.

8. Access

Access to the Pull Library is granted to approved stylists and may be revoked by CHELSEA GRAYS at any time, including for late returns, damage, or missing credit.
